• Does Skullair sell tattoo supplies online in South Africa?

Yes. Skullair Tattoo Supplies is an online tattoo supply retailer based in Cape Town, shipping tattoo machines, ink, needles, cartridges, and studio equipment nationwide across South Africa.

• What tattoo supplies does Skullair stock?

Skullair stocks cartridge needles (Yilong, Yellow Dragonfly, Ofeyle, ShangDi), standard bar needles and tips, wireless pen kits and machines (including the Poseidon range), tattoo ink (Skullair Ink and Dynamic Color Co. imported from the USA), stencil products, aftercare and hygiene supplies, and studio furniture.

• Can I order tattoo supplies from Skullair if I'm not a professional artist?

Skullair supplies equipment to everyone but we promote that equipment not be used on any living skin without being a qualified Professional Tattoo Artist. We sell the necessary practice equipment for Hobbyists and Apprentices.

2. Tattoo Ink & Product Origin

• Is Skullair's tattoo ink original/authentic?

Skullair only confirms a product as original when it has been bought directly from that product's original supplier. Where this isn't the case, Skullair cannot confirm or declare authenticity, as products may be sourced through third-party companies or agents.

• Where is Dynamic Color Co. ink sourced from?

Dynamic Color Co. ink sold on Skullair is imported directly from the USA.

• Does Skullair make its own tattoo ink brand?

Yes, Skullair sells its own in-house "Skullair Ink" range alongside imported Dynamic Color Co. ink.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Does Skullair deliver tattoo supplies across South Africa?

Yes. Skullair ships nationwide via The Courier Guy, with delivery in 3–5 working days.

• What are Skullair's delivery options and costs?

Skullair offers door-to-door delivery via The Courier Guy from R130, or delivery to a Pudo locker/kiosk from R85. Both options have an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Courier rates vary depending on parcel size, with a separate rate for furniture items.

• How long does shipping take from Skullair?

Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days regardless of whether you choose courier-to-door or Pudo locker collection.

• Where is Skullair's tattoo studio located?

Skullair Tattoo Studio is located in Parklands, Cape Town, South Africa.

• Does Skullair do piercings as well as tattoos?

Yes, We have a qualified Piercer in Studio please confirm ahead to make sure we have availability and stock of the necessary jewellery.

• What should I expect at my tattoo appointment / do you offer consultations?

Consultations are free, we may charge a once off non-refundable design fee that we will deduct from your final total.

The day of your appointment you should arrive about 15 minutes before the booked appointment time. We have Wifi, Coffee, Music and we can arrange snacks if you need. Else you welcome to book an Uber Eats.

5. Payments, Returns & Warranty

• What payment methods does Skullair accept?

Skullair currently accepts EFT payments Cash deposits or any form of cash send or ewallet. Banking details are provided on the quote sent to you when placing an order.

• What is Skullair's returns policy?

Skullair does not accept returns on products unless the item qualifies under the 24-hour OBF (out-of-box failure) warranty terms and conditions.

• Does Skullair offer a warranty on tattoo equipment?

Yes, Skullair offers a 24-hour OBF (out-of-box failure) warranty on its products, covering faults present when the item is first opened.

• Is Skullair liable for how purchased products are used?

No. Skullair states that products are bought at the buyer's own risk, and Skullair holds no liability or responsibility for outcomes resulting from product use.
