- We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong decisions made after 24 hours of receiving your products.
- We offer a 24-hour OBF (Out of Box Failure) return policy on all items. If you encounter any issues with your product within this time frame, please contact us immediately for return instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging without any marks or damages to qualify for a return under the OBF policy.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once the 24-hour OBF period has expired, we have no obligation to repair, replace, or exchange any item.
No extended or additional warranties are offered beyond the 24-hour OBF warranty.
-In the event that we choose to assist with a faulty item after the 24-hour OBF period,
this assistance is entirely discretionary and subject to consultation with our suppliers.
We do not guarantee that a repair or replacement will be approved.
- If a supplier agrees to inspect, repair, or replace an item outside the 24-hour OBF period,
all shipping costs (to and from us) will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Please note that suppliers may require the item to be returned for inspection and investigation before making a decision.
There is no guarantee that the item will be repaired or replaced, even after it has been sent back.

2. Buy an Extended Warranty
From January 2026, you can purchase an Extended Warranty on selected hardware.
How it works:
All hardware includes a 24-hour OBF (Out of Box Failure) warranty as standard.
The Extended Warranty is optional and must be purchased at the time of sale.
Once purchased, the Extended Warranty provides additional coverage beyond the initial 24-hour OBF period.
Coverage applies to manufacturer defects only and excludes misuse, accidental damage, water damage,
power surges, modifications, and normal wear and tear.
Any claim must be reported immediately once a fault is noticed.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and supplier approval.
Repair or replacement is at our discretion, depending on supplier assessment.
Please note: Extended Warranty availability, duration, and pricing may vary per product.
Extended Warranty Packages:
3 Months – 25% of the standalone product price
6 Months – 45% of the standalone product price
12 Months – 65% of the standalone product price
24 Months (2 Years) – 85% of the standalone product price
Store Credit Policy on Extended Warranty Packages:
If a product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same unit, a store credit will be issued.
Store credit will be for the value of the unit at the time of purchase.
If the product was purchased as part of a bundle, the credit will reflect the value allocated to that unit within the bundle.
If the product was purchased as a standalone item on special, the credit will reflect the special purchase price paid.

of your choice if you have any concerns or question.
- any further cost that occur to retrieve your parcel is your responsibility as a client , wither its a failed delivery
or a case of extra funds that need to be paid to ship to your specific location.
- the prices we give on our selected courier options is not fixed and could be more if you live in a high risk area.
- if you need change an address after the parcel has been logged with the courier of your choice you will need to
consult with the courier company and handle any extra cost that may occur.
- if we have not sent you a tracking number from our side within in 24 working hours of your order being paid for,
please contact us to retrieve it.

original supplier or through a 3rd party company or agent.
Any Inks, creams , aftercare , numbing products are bought at the knowledge that you buying it and using it at your own risk and its
your resposibilty to ensure it is used in the correct metod or fasion and to ensure its safe to use on your client or person.
Any electronic or motorised hardware is bought at your own risk knowning that we dont offer a warrant on the products and that you
will need to ensure that you satisfied with the product before leaving our store , or before its hipped off to you .
Needles and cratridge needles are bought at the knowledge that you buying it and using it at your own risk and its
your resposibilty to ensure it is used in the correct metod or fasion and to ensure its safe to use on your client or person.
