To collect your parcel with PostNet you should bring along your ID.

You’ll receive an SMS once your parcel is booked in at the Pep (Paxi)

Delivery within 3 to 5 business days: R130

Delivery within 7 to 9 business days: R90

To collect your parcel from Pep (Paxi)

• Go to your chosen PAXI Point and collect your parcel using your Proof of Identity (ID, passport or driver’s license) and the collection PIN you received via SMS.

Courier Guy Store to Door

Rates:   R110 (0kg – 2kg) , R130 (2kg – 10kg) 

*Outlying areas may take up to 96 hours.

• To package parcels and get it sent could take up an additional working day depending on when your payment reflects.
• We make deliveries to drop off points daily at 12:00 pm thus way we are in time before the courier collects the items.
• If your payment reflects by 12:00 pm your item will be sent the same day, if anytime after that it will be a part of next day’s deliveries.
• We will not be able to take responsibility for breakages or loss with any carrier as it is out of our control after packing and handing over to them.
• Our costs for the above courier options are higher then dealing directly with said courier.
• We have factored in our own costs of packaging and transportation to said drop off point.
• Any shipping promotions are exempt where there are already discounts or promotions on items.
• Our deliveries can only take place within the borders of South Africa.
